What is Termux App?
Termux app is an open source android application. It is an Terminal Emulator for Android mobile/Phones and it provides Linux based environment in Android mobiles and its works in both rooted or non-rooted devices.As I said before it is an open source application and that's why It have huge collection of Linux packages. You can install packages by using the APT package manager.
How to install Termux App ?
There are two methods to install Termux in android.Method 1 (Google Play Store)
- Open play store on your mobile and search for Termux in play store search box or you can directly go to the termux downloading page by clicking this link.
- Click on Install button.
- Once you have successfully installed the app you can see Termux launcher in your mobile app Drawer.
- Now you have done.
Method 2 (F-Droid)
- Open F-Droid in your android mobile by clicking this link.
- Click on Install
- After that it you need to allow installation of apps from unknown sources in your android device.
- Now click on Install button.
- Once you have successfully installed the app you will see the its launcher in your App Drawer. Click on the icon to start the Termux app.
